Welcome to EZ Park. By accessing or using our platform at ezparkapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. About EZ Park

EZ Park is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects parking spot owners ("Owners") with individuals seeking parking ("Renters"). EZ Park provides the technology platform but does not own, manage, or control any parking spaces listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use EZ Park. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. For Parking Spot Owners

By listing a parking spot on EZ Park, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to offer the parking space for rent
• The parking space is safe and suitable for vehicle parking
• Your listing information is accurate and not misleading
• You will honor all confirmed bookings
• You comply with all applicable local laws, zoning regulations, HOA rules, and lease agreements

5. For Renters

By booking a parking spot through EZ Park, you agree to:

• Arrive and depart within the reserved time window
• Use the parking space only for lawful vehicle parking
• Not damage the parking space or surrounding property
• Follow any specific instructions provided by the Owner
• Present your confirmation code when requested

6. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
• Prices displayed include all applicable service fees
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• EZ Park charges a 15% service fee on each transaction
• Owners receive payment directly to their connected bank account

EZ Park is a platform that facilitates connections between Owners and Renters. We are not responsible for:

• The condition, safety, or legality of any parking space
• The accuracy of listing information provided by Owners
• Any damage to vehicles, property, or personal injury
• Theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity
• Disputes between Owners and Renters
• Any loss resulting from use of our platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZ PARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Owners and Renters should first be resolved directly between the parties. EZ Park may, at its discretion, help mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Circumvent our payment system
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the platform

12. Modifications to Service

EZ Park reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EZ Park after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
