For Renters:

Find a Spot

Search for parking near your stadium or venue. Browse available spots on the map, compare prices, and see distances from your destination.

Book & Pay

Select your dates, review the total price, and pay securely through the app. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Check In

On the day of your booking, use the 4-digit code or scan the QR code provided by the parking owner to check in.

Park & Enjoy

Park your car and enjoy the game! When you're done, simply drive away. No checkout required.

For Parking Owners:

List Your Spot

Add your driveway or parking lot to EZ Park. Set your price, available dates, and check-in method (QR code or 4-digit code).

Get Bookings

Renters find and book your spot. You'll receive notifications when someone reserves your parking.

Verify Check-In

When the renter arrives, verify them with a QR code scan or share your 4-digit code. This confirms they've arrived.

Get Paid

Earnings are deposited to your bank account after each completed booking. You keep 80% of the booking fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Simply search for parking near your destination, select a spot that works for you, choose your dates, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and check-in information.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

When you arrive at your parking spot, open the EZ Park app and go to "My Bookings." You can check in using either a 4-digit code (provided by the owner) or by scanning the owner's QR code. Check-in is available starting 2 hours before your booking time.

If your spot isn't available as promised, contact us immediately through the app. We'll help you find alternative parking and issue a full refund plus a $10 credit for the inconvenience.

Yes! You can cancel your booking anytime from "My Bookings." Refunds depend on when you cancel: 48+ hours before = full refund (minus 20% service fee), 24-48 hours = 50% refund, less than 24 hours = no refund. See our full cancellation policy below.

Click "List Your Spot" in the navigation or go to your Owner Dashboard. Enter your address, set your daily price, choose your check-in method, and submit. Your spot will be visible to renters immediately.

EZ Park charges a 20% service fee on each booking. This fee covers payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance. Parking owners receive 80% of the booking price.

Earnings are deposited to your bank account within 2-3 business days after each completed booking. You can track all your earnings in the Owner Dashboard.

EZ Park connects you with verified parking owners, but we recommend taking standard precautions: lock your vehicle, don't leave valuables visible, and take photos of your car when you park. EZ Park is not liable for damage or theft.
